Extinsive Vs intensive

A friend of mind just told me I can't say '' Extensive rehab program''. She said I should use ''intensive'' instead. I don't think she's right.

Am I right?Emotion: smile

Thanks in advance

It depends! Extensive refers to the lenghth of time the treatment will continue; intensive refers to the relative strength, or power of the treatment.
