Exterscholar - prefixes

Is it acceptable to merge a word with a prefix even if that resultant word is not defined?

As for instance exter is the prefix for "outer". Exterscholar would mean "outside of school", as in "exterscholar activities". Can you say that?

More examples - abscholar, ectoscholar, exoscholar, extrascholar

Hi, Is it acceptable to merge a word with a prefix even if that resultant word is not defined? All the words you offer here are rather bizarre and incomprehensible to me. My advice is to express your meaning using existing words.
