Extension of Leave for Treatment of mother

I would like to inform you that I am currently on leave for the period of 35dys due to return on
5/05/2014, unfortunately the serious health condition of my mother require me more days to
Stay with her until her full recovery, so I am requesting a three week s extension if granted
I would be return on May 25th 2014

I would therefore be grateful to you if you would consider my above request sympathetically
