Expressions on the estimate page on Uber

I was not able to understand the following expressions certainly until one of my American friends explained to me.
I could guess but I was not sure.
I am wondering if English speakers would understand them instantly and certainly when they have a chance to use the service for the first time.

1) In 3 mins
2) 01:12 am drop off
3) In 5 mins 01:24 am -01:41 am

* Now I know that they mean.

I'm a native English speaker in the US. I've never used Uber, and I have only the vaguest notion of what it is (sort of like a taxi?). I have no idea what the three examples mean. With something new like this, I'd have to actually use it, before I'd be able to understand the jargon.
