Expressions of unfinished time

Hello,

Are these expressions expressions of unfinished time? I have learnt that with the expressions of unfinished time both present perfect and present perfect continuous are used interchangeably. If the expressions below are the expressions of unfinished time, then both tenses can be used with them, am I right?

How long, since when, all day/evening/month, lately, recently, all my life all this year, this theree days, all day long, (the) whole month/day/week?

Thanks
