expressions in English

Hi Teachers,

What would be the meaning of the expression "Long time no see!"
Could it mean any of the following? Can we say any of the following sentences to mean "Long time no see!"?

- Didn't see you for a long time!
- I've seen you/ we've met after a long time!
- It's been ages/a long time since we last met.

Thank you.

- Didn't see you for a long time!
- Where were you? Didn't see you for a long time!
- (I) haven't seen you for
