Such...as : formal or literary used to emphasize that there is a small amount of something or that it is of poor quality :
example:
"Such food as they gave us was warm and nutritious."
example:
Such.......as : formal those people things of a particular group or kind.
"Such of you as wish to live may do so now."
at that : especially spoken used to give more information about something mentioned before:
example:
"He'll have to buy a new car and a big one at that.There are 8 children in his family."
no thanks to : spoken an expression meaning in spite of, used when someone should have helped you but did not.

I have difficulty figuring out the exact meaning of the expressions above- even though I have their lexical definitions. I request you to give me the "equally corresponding" expressions for each of the items, if any. In addition, how would you restate the sample sentences using different paraphrasing? Any help is appreciated.

We DID win, but there was no assistance given by you. If you say "no thanks to you" there was no contribution on the part of that person toward the effort, and in fact, it's possible that person was even an obstacle.
I also want to say that, at least in American English, the such...as construction is very uncommon. I have never used the second one, and the first I have used
