Expressions and grammar

Does the event refers to the past? Whats wrong with this expression,and why is incorrect.How should it be?
Does somebody else is repairing my car?
I know is incorrect,but where and why, and how should it be?

irson Does somebody else is repairing my car? The way I see it there are two possible situations. Either you don't know your regular mechanic or your car has broken down and you didn't get the mechanic you were expecting .
