Hi Teachers.
I'd like to know if it's ok to say 'when I was AROUND your age.
I've heard 'when I was your age' but I assume that means exact age.
I am looking for an expression when I roughly mention people's age.
I'd also like to know how I say when expressing people around some years old in spoken English.
I know 'people in their (early, mid, late) 40s' but is this the only expression?
Thank you in advance.
When I was around/about your age is fine. X is in their early/mid/late forties . X i s coming up to fifty .
