There is an expression in my language whose literal translation would be this: this is another thing that

  1. Surely John will give her time and listen to her problems. This is another thing that he'll never help her.
  2. She instantly promised to help. This is another thing that she never did.
  3. She did give us a room for a night. This is another thing that there was no bed, no table, no furniture whatsoever.

Could you please tell me the English equivalent?

'something else that' is used more often than 'another thing that', but both are seen and heard. However, neither is used much with initial "This is".
