Expression: Exactly when did you two part your ways?

Hi

Is the underlined a completely natural sentence?

A- Where is Thomas?
B- I have no idea.
A- Wasn't he with you at the cafe about an hour ago?
B- Yes, he was. But I had to go pick my mother from the parlor.
A- Exactly when did you two part your ways?
B- I suppose 5:30.

Not to me, no. There is an expression "part ways (with)", but I don't know "part your ways". ("part ways (with)" is usually used about significant or permanent separations, not about everyday events like this.)

It should be "pick up my mother".
