Expressing Likes/Dislikes and Different Likes/Dislikes

Expressing Likes and Different Likes:

Dialogue One:

Speaker A: I love hip-hop.

Speaker B: Really? Not me.

Expressing Dislikes and Different dislikes:

Dialogue Two:

Speaker A: I don't like jazz.

Speaker B: Really? Not me.

My question is "Is the use of 'not me' correct in both dialogues?

Here is another question. Choose the best answer.

Dialogue Three

A: I don't really like country music.

B: Really? _____________.

a. Not me.

b. Neither do I.

I think the right answer is (a. Not me) but the answer key says (b. Neither do I). I suspect that the answer key is wrong but I need a confirmation from native speakers of English.
