expressing confusion when unable to identifying people

i want to know how to express a confusion when unable to identifying people. Expressing a condition like when you see a photo with lot of people wearing mask and you don't know who behind the mask anymore...

thank you for the answer. and i think the answer i want is something else. sorry i didn't write them clearly.
i want an expression that using 'who'. i have been thinking and i come to these expressions "i don't know who is who anymore" or "i don't know who as who anymore". are they correct??

I don't know who is who anymore.

The sentence above is grammatical.
It means you do not know the true character of anyone.
You know their names, recognize their faces, but you don't know if they really think or believe what you assume.
