Expressing a comparison

Dear friends,
I need to express a comparison between two experimental treatments: A and B. For instance, 25% increase in nitrogen levels has happened in treatment A. Therefore, is the following sentence true?
The nitrogen level in treatment A has increased 25% to the treatment B.
If this sentence is not true, how should I explain this comparison?
Thank you.

I have this: The level of nitrogen in treatment A is greater than the one in level B.... l used to write like : the nitrogen level in treatment..but my English teacher always told me l was frequently writing adjective clauses or something, which l understood was not right.
