Express mail

Experts,
At the post office, if you want to tell the clerk there that you want send your mail my express mail, can you say:"I'd like to send this express."? Or would it be better to say, "I'd like to send this by express.?
And if "I'd like to send this express." is okay, the 'express' should be capitalized 'Express'?
