Explanation of the acronym OU

Hi!

In a medical diagnosis about the condition of a friend's eyes, there is the acronym above.

I found that BCVA stands for Best Corrected Visual Acuity. But what does OU stand for?

To be exact, it is written:

BCVA OU in patient's spectacles ......... (number)

And somewhere else: visual impairment OU

Any help will be appreciated.
