If it's supposed to be a sentence then it needs a capital letter at the start and (presumably) a question mark at the end:

What even is anything anymore?

(or "any more" as I would write it).

I would understand this to be a (slightly ungrammatical) emphasised form of "What is anything anymore?", which could be some kind of comment on the state of the world, or some
