Explanation letter
hello!
will you pls help me? i failed to comply the instructions the admin of our school indicated about the pre-registration. i did not comply to it because i thought i don't have to since i will shift to a new course. and now they're asking me to give an explanation letter. pls help me....i don't know how to write it...pls help...my future depends on u,guys...thanks!
