EXPLANATION LETTER
Dear Sir/Madam
The purpose of this letter is to convey my sincere apology for leaving early and fail to log out,
It so happened that day was when I saw there was only 10 minutes more of support time and no new work updates, I took it for granted and left earlier.
Let me assure you that I will instill in my mind, before I leave in this office to check & not to fail to log out.
Once again sorry for what has happened.

i would like to justify that my time in last November 6 pm and 7 am, 2018 was not reflected in my daily time record (DTR).
However my time in is reflected in the logbook.
