00Dear Doctor,02br

00This has reference to the request given yesterday and the subsequent discussions we had. First of all appeal you to accept my sincere apologies for the misunderstanding on the request letter given. As I said yesterday, I have no intention to leave you and always I will be obliged for all the assistance extended to my family. However the situation has emerged now that we are unable to manage the family budget with our present earnings, just to enlighten you about the basic expenses, we pay KD 135 as rent and KD 65 to the baby sitter thereafter it comes other regular expenses. 02br

00With regard the MoH exam, there is no contradiction issue of working with a clinic/hospital while submitting the application. The only condition they set, so as to accept the application either the candidate should be on a visit visa else should submit an NOC letter from the current employer. Though they haven’t list any standard format for the same, I think a translation of the following specimen would be acceptable. 02br

00Please be advised the chance of getting selected in the said exam is very low. Out of the conducted two examinations less than 20% is the success rate. And by the grace of god and by luck if I got selected, the rest of the selection process will take more than 6 months, in which an easy replacement can be arranged. 02br
02br
00Once again I humbly request you to consider my situation and please don’t misread my intention. 02br
