Explaining in resume. please help..

greetings.. (or should i write Dear Sir or Hi in my resume?)

My name is Dear. I have served as a building surveyor at JKR Malaysia. I was one of the officers under the Contract-for-Service program supervised by the Ministry of Works Malaysia that will end on December 2014 by the Government after 5 years worked.

Briefly, maintaining building to ensure less deterioration of building facilities other than ensure safety of building and users are the most responsibilities of Building Surveyor by implementing building inspection in visual and followed by Building Condition Report which done in JKR once a month regarding on schedule Programmed by Head of Department. Besides, a Building Surveyor are also capable to approve Building Plan and issuing Certificate of Completion and Compliance(CCC) which is under Building Surveyor scope of work in all Local Authorities and i had experienced during my Degree Practical Trqaining in Dewan BAndaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL).. More over, managing building facilities is also one of Building Surveyor scope of work which is i also have experience in JKR by assisting my Director.
However, because of family commitments, I am no longer available for extended travel or outstationing, Therefore,I am currently looking for a more sedentary position in the Kuala Lumpur–Selangor area. I would be grateful for the opportunity of employment with your company. My previous experience should be of value in helping to achieve the mission and objectives of your company.
