Explain some of ways in which humans are damaging the environment. What can governmnet and individual do to address these problems?

In today's modern world, environmental problems have been a heated topic among the public. This essay will examine how people damaged the environment and what the government and individuals can do to tackle these issues.

It is clear that the world is exchanging habitat to receive economic value. Firstly, the dawn of technology revolution incites factories and infrastructures to emerge everywhere which eclipse totally space of the forest. As a consequence, this activity causes land degradation, water contamination, and air pollution which lead to devastating effects on the planet in the future. Additionally, hunting without regulation also damaged to earth. Many precious animals were hunted for economic demand at the expense of balance biology and causing other unrepairable damages.

Facing these threats, I believe both the government and citizens have to combine to protect the world. The government should impose green taxes on companies and incorporation to limit emissions from factories or force these companies to use renewable energy such as solar, wind or water power instead of oil, charcoal. Moreover, they can encourage people to replace private vehicles by using the transport system which was more eco-friendly and economical. In terms of individuals, they have to follow seriously all the rules enacted by the government. Otherwise, people utilize social media and other platforms to propagate the idea of protecting the environment for everyone.

In conclusion, humans caused many detrimental effects on their habitat because of immediate economic benefits. Thus, each person and the government have to have measures for restoration purpose.
