I just receive a email:

A sorry for a pain being in the ***, but that me. Maybe I should stop emailing if you want me to stop, I will.

I'd like to know the meaning of first sentence.

1. Did sender write like that because he was upset.

or

2 Sender made a pain so he apologised

or

3 he just used a swear word.

Please rely me

This thread should probably be located in the grammar section, but we'll leave it here so you know where to find it easily.

His grammar is poor. It should read:

I am sorry for being a pain in the ***, but that is me. Maybe I should stop emailing. If you want me to stop, I will.

Translation: I am sorry for bothering you. I know I am a bother (a disturbance). Maybe I should stop emailing you. If you want me to stop, I will.

1) Is he upset? I think so.

2) Apologized? Would need to see more context. But sort of apologized, yes.

3) Swear word? It might not be the Queen's English, but I wouldn't consider it a swear word. He certainly *** *** mean to swear at you. I would say he is using "street" or slang English. It is a little rough around the edges, but it is commonly heard. Very few people would be upset. On the other hand, you would likely use better English around small children.
