Experts, pls help

I want to let everyone know that if they want to get paid this month, the cut-off date for collecting outstanding debt is next Thursday. FYI, they are agents, so they get paid full bonus by collecting all fees from their clients.

How can I write this message? Can I write something like this,

" REMINDER: The cut-off date for collecting outstanding debt (or debts) in order to get your bonus in this month's payroll is next Thursday. " Is there a better way to express this?

Pls help,

Many thanks,
S.

Try:

"REMINDER: To include your bonus in this month's salary, please collect all outstanding debts by next Thursday (specify exact date)."
