Experts, help to learn from my mistakes

Education comes not from books but from practical experience.
__
As a person who recently graduate, I see reading is not sufficient neither practical experience. Both are significantly recommended in order to create an educate individual .
In college I used to read a lot of books based on my field that is computer science but never try to work on them practically. However, I had a job interview a few weeks ago that a group of individuals whom are expert in my field asked me to work on computer software to connect between two tables as they want to see me if I can make it right. But to tell the truth, I was not able to do it probably, I even forgot the information due to lack of experience and practice.
In my opinion, book works as a guide to people, in other words, lead them and give them the right direction. It never act as magic once you read all the information will come directly to our brain and that we will be able to know everything based on that. As an example, the doctor can not treat patients perfectly or make a surgery without practice and experience. That goes to many field, such as, teachers, IT employees...etc.
As for practical experience, it has always acted as the main role in order to keep the information that we learn from fading away, and to avoid creating the same mistakes over and over, also to see how much far we went with all the reading and studies. It also helo us to create our own experminet and see our talent what we can be good at, as for the little boy once he gets born to the new world, he would never learn how dangerous the items can be without touching it. My little brother once saw my father used his shaver to shave his beard, then he tried to act as my dad did, but finally he injured him self and experince how the effect of ths shaver is we used it uncorrectly .
Therefore, we need prctical experince and reading books in oreder to keep our knwoledge and help gulde us.
Reading books is good for a person to learn and expand our knowledge. Nevertheless, it is not sufficient.

Hi xmagedo - I have marked places that need attention, and put some corrections in bold. You need to pay attention to precise sentence construction and not run words together. Your title does not agree with your conclusion.
