experiences or experience?

Hi,

Is it correct to say

"Throughout my life experiences, I have learned many valuable things"

or

"Throughout my life experience, I have learned many valuable things"

i personally think the 2nd sentence should be a correct one, but I could be wrong, because I actually saw people using life experiences or work experiences as well in their sentences. Or is it depended on the contexts? Would love to see what you guys think. Thanks.

Both are grammatically correct, but I think they are a bit off the mark. I would use something like one of these instead. I have learned many valuable things in my life.
