"Experience of note"?

What does this sentence mean:"I have a Masters in English but with no college teaching experience of note."
What confuses me is that "experience of NOTE" right there, what's that supposed to mean?
Thanks!:)

'of note' is a rather, formal, expression and you can use it instead of important/relevant. However, since this phrase is used
postpositively , some sentences may sound less natural.

Have a look at the adjective noteworthy.
