Which sentence is correct or are they interchangeable?

That will only happen after I get experience from a larger company. Or could it be:

So would from be absolutely incorrect? 'Cause after all the experience would be from another company, right?

That will only happen after I get experience from a larger company.

I wouldn't say 'from'. It makes it sound like you are not closely connected with the company.

eg I got a letter from India.
