Expensive rents

Hi

I just bumped into an article today in the morning:

Expensive Rents in the City

Would you say it is a natural collocation? I use words like high/fleecing/exorbitant with rent.

Thanks,

Tom

No. It means that it would cost a lot of money to buy the rent, and buying rent makes no sense at all.

I believe that some people call this a category error.
