Two taxes went to pay the expenses of the government, such as the salaries of officials. What does "expenses" mean? Usually means costs? How about 'budget"? The money that you plan to do something?
Thank you.
Top answer
Expenses are what the government (here) must pay. Costs are what the government causes the taxpayers. A budget is planned expenses and revenue.
