expected/expectant.

Is "expected" different from "expectant"? How different are they? Please help me.

Can I use "expectant" in this sentence?

"Expectant/ expected objections to the plan haven't happened."

Thanks.

No, you can't. Look at any dictionary, then tell us what you didn't understand there. Expecting (which is one meaning of expectant ) isn't the same as expected .
