Expect of me/expect me

The grades which my teachers expect of me to get..
The grades which my teacher expect me to get..

Between these two sentences, which one is grammatically correct?
Personally, I'm more inclined to use the second sentence however i have heard someone use the 1st sentence too.

Thanks.

Neither one is a sentence. They are noun phrases. You can use the second one in a full sentence.

eg.

The grades which my teacher expects me to get are very unrealistic.

You can say The grades which are expected of me by my teacher are...

This looks fine too but, "The grades which my teacher expects me to get are..." sound more good to ears.

And mine. BJ’s sentence was meant only to illustrate a possible use of expect + of phrase.
