Exits and exists

0 Could someone please tell me the difference between exist and exists--verbs like these that have an s on the end? When and why is that distinction made? 0-

Top answer

0These types of verbs are set up in a singular/plural form. Opposite of nouns, the verbs with an "s" at the end are singular. Use exist when there are multiple nouns sharing the verb.
