Dear teachers,
Would you please correct my answers ? When do I have to use the simple present or the present perfect after a time conjunction ?
1) I WILL not BE in touch unless there IS something urgent to tell you.
2) The children WILL not go to bed until they a) HAVE / b) HAVE HAD a glass of milk.
3) You WILL phone me before you GO away, WON’T you?
4) A- When a) WILL you GO / b) ARE you GOING to the pub?
B- When I c) FINISH / d) HAVE FINISHED this work. It WILL take another hour.
5) If you DO not HURRY up, we WILL BE late.
6) I WILL COME to London as soon as you FIND somewhere for us to live.
7) I’m sure you WILL FEEL a lot better after you TAKE this medicine.
8) We WILL HAVE dinner as soon as all the guests ARRIVE.
9) You WILL NOT FORGET to lock the door if you GO out, WILL you ?
10) I WILL not LET you go until I a) AM / b) HAVE BEEN told the truth. Which of you did it ?

All of the options you present here are fine, Hela. If the main clause is in the future, do not repeat it in the dependent clause. Otherwise, offhand I would say that tense usage depends only on semantics.

If the main clause is in the future, do not repeat it in the dependent clause. Otherwise, offhand I would say that tense usage depends only on semantics.
