Hi.Who is a corporate executive? what is his responsibilies?I have heard senior/top/chief executives a lot, but I wonder if you could tell me how corporate executive is different from the other two.Thanks for your time

Who is a corporate executive? What are his responsibilities?

An executive is a person in a corporation who makes decisions on how the company operates. He may have these responsibilities directly or participate on committees which make these decisions. The higher their position, the larger the scope of their responsibilities.

Here are some of these responsibilities:

Decide what products or services a company will sell and where they will sell them, and at what prices.
Decide on how the company's resources (people, money, assets) will be managed.
Decide on how the company will be organized.
Promote people in the organization. (especially related to executives that report to them.)
Approve reports on the statements of company's finances to government agencies and shareholders.
Negotiate and approve major contracts (i.e. with suppliers, partners, and resellers...)

The actual attributions - senior executive, top executive, etc. are not formally defined.

Senior/top/chief executives are all (probably) corporate executives. A corporate executive is an executive of a corporation. Basically, they all mean the same thing.
