Exclusive of

Could anybody give me some examples of the right use of "exclusive of" with the meaning of "except for".

is this example a correct one? : "These fees are exclusive of parking"
I have a lot of doubts, but could you say me if a movement can be hampered and if tampered is a synonym or there is difference in meaning.
Thanks in advance. I´m learning[Y]
