Exclamations?

Hi. Please help. I have a question regarding the three phrases and the fourth one, which looks to be a clause (rather than a phrase), in the hymn entitled "What a fellowship, what a joy divine." (I don't know whether the title to a hymn needs to be capitalized or not.) Anyway, are these correct? I think the word the two words "fellowship" and "joy" can be countable, but I don't think the other two words "blessedness" and "peace" are countable unless one tries to make them types (of the uncountable versions). Thank you in advance for your help.

1. What a fellowship
2. what a joy divine
3. What a blessedness
4. what a peace is mine

They can all be countable (if made types) or uncountable, especially in song lyrics.
