Exclamation or question?, spin-off to?

As a spin-off of (to?) my comment for my earlier question, I put this question. I want to exclaim and write by using exclamation mark that no one can help me out if I still make mistakes even after getting corrected once. Which of these is correct?

  1. How anybody could help me out if I still mess up even after you correct/have corrected me!
  2. How could anybody help me out if I still mess up even after you correct/have corrected me!

And as a spin-off, is it correct to say, 'as a spin-off to my comment' or 'as a spin-off of my comment'?
