exclamation mark before/after elipsis

When someone continues in an angry fashion, is it either

She explodes into more rage!.... or She explodes into more rage...!

I expect it's the latter but I'm not sure. This is fiction I'm writing.

Ellipses denote missing text (eg. from a quotation), or a trailing thought that is not expressed by a speaker. So it depends on what you want the reader to read by those missing words.
I've seldom seen an exclamation point used with ellipses. I would reconsider using ellipses in a passage like this.
For example:
She explodes into more rage and rants another full ten minutes until s
