Exchange Rate

Hello Teachers,

I have a question about expressing the exchange rate.
To say 1 U.S. dollar is equivalent to 1,200 Korean Won,
which of the following sentences are correct?

(1) The Won-Dollar exchange rate is 1,200 Won.
(2) The exchange rate of the Won against the U.S. Dollar is 1,200 Won.
(3) The Dollar to Won is 1,200 Won.

Hope to have your prompt help.
