Please take a look at the sentence below.

Convincing arguments can be made that to go to private school for studying has two aspects of advantages. One is that private school has more advanced educational facilities and more exceptional faculties than public school.

"Exceptional faculties" is this a proper way and sound naturally to say?
does this mean faculties of the private schools is better in terms of their quality?
