Except / except for

Which is correct?

(i) Customers can get discounts of 30 %, 40% and 50% on all items sold in the store except / except for leather products.

(ii) Customers can get a 30% discounts on all items sold in the store.

(iii) Customers can get a discount of 30 % on all items sold.

P/s: Should I put "on all items"? why?
