Exceed, or exceeds?

The following sentence looks wrong, but is it? When customer service is mated with the conjunction "and" to the words "customer service" - doe that change the word from "exceeds" to "exceed"? “We deliver product quality and customer service that exceed our customers’ expectations.”

Please, if you are SURE, would you state the rule?
