Example sentences with "want" and "consist"

Hi. I think the stative verbs can't be used in the continous, and the words "want" and "consist" are stative verbs. Please help me with the following.

I met someone wanting to improve himself (herself). -- I think this is not correct since what is absent from the sentence is the part "who is" after the word "Anyone," and we can't have the form "Anyone who is wanting."

I think anyone who is thinking of improving their English skills needs to do this. -- I think this is correct.

Almost everyone came here to get better at what they do, wanting improve their skills. -- I think this is correct, and the part underlined is a participle phrase and it isn't used as part of a continuous tense.

This place is large, consisting of ten rooms and restrooms, in addition to a couple of recreational facilities. -- I think this correct.
