Exam sheets related

In India at exam hall if we need extra papers for writing our answers we are provided with that, and then we require to pin them together or make a hole in all the sheets together using a punching machine and stich or tie them together.

One of my students asked me sir why do we have to write names in extra Answer sheets despite writing in the main answer sheet?

I answered - See the problem is if the extra papers are unpinned or untied while handling the papers then it will be easy for the administration to find out which paper belongs to whom and that way losing jumbling the paper will be prevented.

Please correct my paragraph and tell me where am I wrong correct it with red mark please.

Thanks in advance.
