Exam query

Hi,
Could you correct my query letter below?
I have few questions for ABC

I am looking forward for appearing ABC exam. At the moment I am in UK, but in December I may in Russia due to project schedule.

1) I would like to enrol now, but I want to decide where to appear (e.g UK or Russia) for exam by Oct 2009. Is it possible?
2) Can I subscribe only for membership fee, to get and start studying the material and decide to appear for exam in December 09 or June 2010 later?
