Exact phrasing

I am required to use the exact examples below. Would any of you experts include hyphens in any of them? I think they are clear enough without them; do you concur?

a $5 million to $10 million a year contract

a $60,000 to $70,000 per year income

a 30 to 40 percent a year increase

a 30% to 40% a year income

an $11 a barrel price

a $1 to $5 a day surcharge

Many, many thank-yous.
