Evolved

Hello,

Heat is evolved in exothermic processes and absorbed in endothermic processes; such processes include chemical reactions, transitions between the states of matter, and the mixing of two substances to form a solution.

wherever I read about heat the word "evolved" is written in sense of heat produced.
Why they do not write "produced" in place of "evolved"?

could anybody explain it to me?

Thanks.

How are you? I am very pleased to hear from you. Sir, I need your blessings.

So, we can use "produced" in place of "evolved".

Thanks.
