Got it. I may be stretching things a bit here, but how about
Evoking the colorful local history, the walled estate includes a beautiful open court, a comfortable cottage, and a sumptuous villa, all restored to their original beauty.
Then I may have some misgivings about the local history.
"Cottage" may certainly be the wrong word here, but you need something other than "that adjacent house." Was there something special about it? Did it serve as the local inn or pub, for instance? An open court is a beautiful architectural motif in many places. A villa is associated with luxury. What makes the house special?
Thank you very much. Unfortunately, I cannot post pictures. It is certainly beautiful but from what I know, Croatians can exaggerate a bit when it comes to their houses, kids, country, etc.
