Evidence in his house
Are these sentences correct:
1-They planted evidence in his house that he was connected to the mob.
2-They planted evidence in his house of his connection to the mob.
3-They planted evidence in his house showing that he was connected to the mob.
4-They found evidence in his house that he was connected to the mob.
5-They found evidence in his house of his connection to the mob.
6-They found evidence in his house showing that he was connected to the mob.
My problem with the first three is that they seem to suggest that he really was connected to the mob and there was evidence of that. The only problem seems to be that the evidence was planted in his house.
